Can we use the courses we already have?
Yes. You can import SCORM and cmi5 packages, and upload video and documents to build new courses.
How do people sign in?
With their work email and password, with optional multi-factor authentication. Organizations that use Microsoft Entra ID can let people sign in with their Microsoft account.
Can we match our own brand?
Yes. Each organization sets its own colors, logo, welcome message and landing page.
What can we report on?
Completion, overdue training, assessment results and policy acknowledgements, with CSV export.
How is our data kept separate from other organizations?
Every record belongs to one organization, and each request is checked against that organization before anything is returned.
